Clause 1

Acceptance of Terms

Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits and verification status of your account. hb9999 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes of a confirmed request; however, the Company is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing windows, or additional compliance checks.

• Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount as specified on the withdrawal page.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All sports bets placed on hb9999 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market as displayed at the time of placing the bet. The following general betting rules apply across all hb9999 sports and casino products:

• hb9999 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed or accepted as a result of a technical error, incorrect odds display, or system malfunction.

• Live in-play bets are accepted on a best-efforts basis. hb9999 is not liable for connectivity or latency issues that affect the timing of in-play bet placement.

Upon account closure, hb9999 will return any verified real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations or identified fraudulent transactions) to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances are not withdrawable upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.

Limitation of Liability
